Saw the top pic in a photo set on Kanye's new blog and I was intrigued. So i did some investigating and found out more about the people. They are the Surma people, a tribe from East Africa that has maintained their natural way of life for thousands of years. They are the same people who you see with the plates on their lower lips. I wiki'ed them but didn't find out much.
