Its been a while, but i guess that's how third year goes. Starting out third year has been crazy, adjusting to spending all my time in the hospital and just seeing patients and gettin to know the ins and outs of the rotation, its been a lot. But i seem to have come into some kind of flow, so I do love it, even the mundane waiting for psych consults in that reading room.
Besides schoool i've just been sleepin lol. Naw still adjusting to new things that have happened in life and gettin over some stuff. I feel pretty disconnected from the world now though, you'd think i'd be thrilled about the Major Major appointment of Sotomayor, but i've been so tired i couldnt keep up with the news. Maybe I should get a smart phone, this little LG slide has been good to me over the past year and a half, but i need internet access on my phone. Before i didnt see what the big deal was, but it just makes things so much easier. I wouldnt have to log on to a computer [or carry one for that matter] ever time i needed to check those ever important emails.
Im making moves on that this week. I also need to figure out a way to balance my studies and my recreational reading and work outs. I have been doing nothing but studying and i can feel the difference in my body and soul. Geez, you get into this rhythm one year and then over the summer and then in two weeks you have to start all over again from scratch.
Dang the death of John Hughes is crazy. He defined the 80's for people born in them but not really aware of what was going on, I was 5 when the 80's ended so i dont remember much lol.
Any way, i guess tonight im gonna go see funny people and go out again [maybe]. but enjoy a GQ look back at John hughes fashion ques.
